Q: Who makes the money from this calendar?

A: Distributed for free in-world, and sold for $12.95USD in the real world, 100% of the proceeds will be divided between the avatars who SELL the real calendars in-world and real world charities chosen by the calendar buyer. (The commission for the seller is $5USD and the portion for charity is $1USD from each sale)

Q: What are the proceeds?

A: The calendar costs include everything involved with printing, etc. We did NOT include any in-world development costs, art direction, advertising, promotion, programming, account management or any other fees in the "hard costs". So the proceeds are defined as any "profits" above the "hard costs".

Q: In what form will I be paid? And when?

A: Payments are processed in US Dollars and are passed via PayPal. We will process payments monthly at the end of each month. A 2.9% Paypal fee will be deducted from transfers. We may offer a Linden Payment System soon.

Q: Will affiliate commissions be reported to IRS?

A: Yes, if you make over $500 of affiliate commissions we will require a W9 Form or other Out of Country Forms (if you live outside of the US). You will be required to provide Real Life information including a Social Security Number. You will also receive a 1099 from us. This program is not intended for people looking to evade taxes!

Q: Will any of my Real Life info be required to buy the Calendar?

A: Yes, real life info will be used to purchase a RL calendar. If you are uncomfortable with giving out real life info please do not purchase the calendar. Please read our Privacy Policy.

Q: How many calendars are available?

A: We did a large run of calendars. However, depending on demand we may stop the sales of the calendar at some point when we feel that reordering more stock will leave us with unsold inventory.

Q: Can you adjust (ADD/REMOVE/CHANGE) the affiliate who gave me a SL Calendar or who I gave a SL calendar to.

A: No. Please do not ask.

Q: I thought I gave avatar X a calendar but I did not get credit for their purchase.

A: Your affiliate is the first person who gave you a SL Calendar (unless the avatar declines your offer) All affiliate transactions must be done using the "Promoter Bracelet". If the buyer has their cookies on their web browser disabled you may not get credit.

Q: Do I get credit for Calendars I hand out of my inventory directly.

A: No, you must use a "12avatars.com Promoter Bracelet" to distribute SL Calendars.

Q: My Promoter Bracelet says "vending" in red and does not work. What's wrong?

A: You are in an area where there are "no scripts" (the bracelet requires scripts to function). Sorry.

Q: Am I typing my personal information such as email and paypal email into public chat?

A: No, if you follow the instructions we provide the transactions are done via Private Chat and other people will not see this information.

Q: How do I get a Real calendar?

A: If you have a 12avatars.com promoter bracelet just click it and choose (Get Cal) from the Main Menu. SL Calendars are also available at 12Avatars
